What You'll Be Doing
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
- Provide skilled OT services focused on improving independence with activities of daily living (ADLs), upper-extremity function, coordination, and functional mobility.
- Help residents achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life.
- Collaborate with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans to meet individual goals.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC) .
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current Pennsylvania Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills.
- A compassionate, positive, and resident-centered approach to care.
- SNF/LTC experience is a plus, but new graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!
- Familiarity with Net Health and PCC is helpful, but not required.
