These units have leading cost economics, due to economies of scale, state-of-the-art technology, strategic locations, etc. Our EO project in the US is targeting the fast-growing merchant EO market, building on our experience and leadership position in Europe./ppThe Maintenance Millwright Technician will apply their technical expertise daily to ensure the safe and reliable operation of site mechanical equipment by executing assigned work according to plan and schedule, noting any job plan deviations, and providing input on improvement opportunities./ppThe candidate is responsible for safe, efficient, quality repairs of mechanical equipment to maintain reliable plant operations. The Maintenance Millwright Technician will report to the Maintenance Supervisor as well as interact with Maintenance Planners, Reliability Specialist, and Reliability Engineer./ph3Responsibilities and Accountabilities/h3pAccountability 1: SHE/pulliVisibly supports and promotes the INEOS 20 Principles and the Culture of Prevention./liliAll activities performed in accordance with established company, local, state, federal, and health safety, and environmental regulations and procedures./liliSafety improvement recommendations on all pre-existing processes./liliVerifies clear understanding of work scope, carefully reviews the type of work and potential safety or process reliability hazards./liliTakes appropriate action to initiate proper safety reviews (e.g., temporary job plan, confined space, hot work, etc.) when reviewing the work scope./liliIs aware of and responds to emergency protocols during shutdowns and startups/li/ulpAccountability 2: Manufacturing Excellence/pulliResponsible for executing work per maintenance procedures in area of discipline and making recommendations for procedure improvements or noting discrepancies to the Maintenance Supervisor where applicable./liliSupports maintenance of asset condition per INEOS Asset Care guidelines./liliResponsible for coordinating with Asset Work Execution Supervisors on larger, more complex jobs including review of work scope with Operations, Execution Forces, Planner/Schedulers to verify clear understanding and development of timelines as needed./liliTrouble shoots failed/underperforming equipment to identify and/or eliminate root cause with the oversight of the Reliability Specialist or Reliability Engineer./liliServe as elevated technical resource in maintenance repair techniques for the asset./li/ululliIs accountable for maintaining PM compliance, schedule compliance, backlog management for mechanical asset. Provides support to engineering project teams that install, modify, or will affect mechanical equipment in the plant./liliFollows the progress of the projects ensuring that the mechanical equipment is installed correctly with all parameters being properly set for reliable operation./li/ulh3Skills/Competencies/h3pLevel of Education Experience in general/pulliHigh School Diploma/GED required/liliAt least 3 years of maintenance-related experience in a chemical, refinery, or industrial environment/liliNCCER Millwright Certification preferred/liliPossess a current, valid license to operate a motor vehicle/li/ulpTechnical Skills/pulliSAP experience in areas of Plant Maintenance/liliAbility to utilize Microsoft Office Suite tools/liliAbility to demonstrate a strong working knowledge of the process and personal safety and health practices applicable in the petrochemical industry.
