  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence.
  • Provide evidence-based physical therapy services while educating patients and families throughout the rehabilitation process.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.Qualifications
    • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with an active or eligible license in TX
    • Previous inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, hospital, or post-acute experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
    • Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and patient-centered care skills.
    • Passion for helping patients achieve meaningful functional recovery.Compensation/Benefits
      • Salary starting between $95k-$110K (open to discussion)
