We are seeking a  full-time (30+ hours/week)   Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing outpatient group in La Jolla, California , with additional locations across the surrounding area for convenient commuting.

This is an opportunity to practice psychiatry your way —with flexibility, autonomy, and strong clinical support in a modern, patient-centered environment.

What You’ll Do

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care to adult or child/adolescent populations
• Customize your practice: medication management, psychotherapy, or a blend
• Set your own pace: determine your preferred caseload and patient volume
• Collaborate with a supportive, multidisciplinary team

Compensation & Benefits

• Compensation range of $200,000 to $250,000, compensation model based on productivity.

Ideal Candidate

• PMHNP certified
• At least 1 year of independent psych Nurse Practitioner experience
• Licensed in California
• DEA license
• Passionate about delivering high-quality outpatient care
• Values flexibility, independence, and work-life balance
