Du bist ein Organisationstalent und fhlst dich im Vertriebsumfeld zuhause? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams und untersttze mit deinem Engagement die Regional Manager Operations und Sales sowie das gesamte Vertriebsteam bei administrativen, organisatorischen und vertriebsnahen Aufgaben.

Was dich bei uns erwartet:

Du gewhrleistest und optimierst die administrative und organisatorische Untersttzung der Regional Manager Operations und Sales sowie des gesamten regionalen Vertriebsteams

Du fungierst als zentrale Ansprechperson und Bindeglied zwischen der Vertriebsregion und den Zentralfunktionen

Du erstellst Reports zu Vertriebsaktionen, Kundenvereinbarungen und Umsatzmeldungen und berprfst die Einhaltung von Zielvereinbarungen

Du pflegst und aktualisierst Kundendaten im System und stellst eine hohe Datenqualitt sicher

Du koordinierst und planst bereichsbergreifend Termine fr das Vertriebsteam.

Du organisierst interne Schulungen, Meetings sowie Kundenveranstaltungen und sorgst fr einen reibungslosen Ablauf

Du erstellst regelmige Auswertungen und Reportings zu Vertriebskennzahlen, Aktionen und Kundenvereinbarungen fr die Regional Manager Operations und Sales

Du arbeitest eng mit allen Abteilungen des regionalen Vertriebs sowie der Zentrale zusammen und trgst aktiv zu einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit bei

Du bernimmst allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben im Tagesgeschft

Was du mitbringen solltest:

Du verfgst ber eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmnnische Berufsausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

Du bringst mehrjhrige Berufserfahrung im Assistenzbereich mit, idealerweise im Vertriebsumfeld

Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse von Vertriebsprozessen sowie Erfahrung in der Pflege und Verwaltung von Stammdaten.

Du berzeugst durch deine ausgeprgten Kommunikationsfhigkeiten und deine hohe Kundenorientierung

Du trittst freundlich, professionell und serviceorientiert auf

Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, engagiert und mit hoher Eigenmotivation

Du zeichnest dich durch dein Organisationstalent sowie eine strukturierte und sorgfltige Arbeitsweise aus

Du behltst auch bei mehreren parallelen Aufgaben den berblick und setzt Prioritten sicher
