Position Details- Position: Occupational Therapist (OTR)
- Location: Walnut Creek, CA - Rossmoor Area
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Compensation: Starting at $59-$60/hour DOE
- Program Type: Stable, Facility-Managed In-House Therapy Program
- New Grads: Encouraged to Apply
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Help residents improve independence with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Supervise and support Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
- Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to optimize resident care
- Participate in Patient Care Conferences and Utilization Review meetings
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state regulations
- Provide caregiver and family education for safe discharge planning
- Communicate with physicians regarding treatment updates and care recommendations
