Future Opening: Part Time Seasonal Technician

Job Summary Each morning, you’ll meet with the rest of the team to understand the day’s game plan. You’ll travel in one of our Shine vehicles to various customers’ homes or businesses (typically with a crew leader) throughout the day and perform our services specific to that customer’s needs. Current service offerings include Window Cleaning, Power Washing, Gutter Cleaning, and Holiday Light Installations. You may meet with customers while performing the service to ensure we are meeting and exceeding expectations throughout the day, but primary Customer Service responsibilities will be led by a Crew Leader. You’ll end your day back at the Shine office to recap the day, ensuring your vehicle and equipment are clean and ready for the next day’s work. Responsibilities Meet with the team each morning to understand the day’s game plan. Travel to customer locations with a crew leader via company vehicle. Perform assigned services such as window cleaning, power washing, gutter cleaning, and holiday light installations. Interact with customers to confirm satisfaction, though primary customer service is led by the crew leader. Return to the office at day’s end to recap, clean vehicle and equipment, and prepare for next day. Qualifications Must like to work with people. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to lift and carry a ladder up to 50 pounds. Must not be afraid of heights. Must be able to work outside in various weather conditions. Must have a strong work ethic and enjoy high levels of extended activity. Must be willing to maintain high standards, have a desire to learn, and be open to performance-based feedback.
