We are currently recruiting a Physician | Anesthesiology - Cardiac for a prominent medical center in Omaha, NE .


Job Description


Locums will be assisting with general OR in addition to above.

BID DUE DATE: 07/21/2026 5pm EST

Malpractice - Must be included in rates.

Orientation - $250-275.00 - half the hourly/callback rate, kicks in after 8 hours. "Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours"

Call Back - $500-550 - "Per hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms."

Holiday Call Back - $750-825 - "Per holiday hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms."

Schedule/Availability Requirements:

unrestricted overnight call and weekend call; Monday - Friday 8-10 hour days


Requirements

• Must have completed an approved ACGME or International equivalent CV anesthesia fellowship AND athe facilityeved at least testamur status in Advanced Perioperative Echocardiography (NBE)
• If fellowship trained applicants are not available, new hire must have at least five years documented CV Anesthesia experience with letters of recommendations from both anesthesiologists and CV surgeons AND athe facilityeved testamur status in Advanced Perioperative Echocardiography, as defined by NBE

Submission Requirements

• Board Certified [REQUIRED] (does not need to be board certified in cardiac. only cardiac fellowship is required. must be board certified in general anesthesia) NE license
• Highly Preferred or IMLC [HIGHLY PREFERRED] TEE certified - [REQUIRED] Cardiac Anesthesiology Fellowship - [REQUIRED] Clean malpractice/background - [HIGHLY PREFERRED]
