Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations
• Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Familiarity with IEP process and documentation standards
• Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Collaborative mindset and adaptability within multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students’ functional abilities and develop meaningful intervention plans
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions targeting fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and overall participation in school routines
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and family members to integrate interventions within daily classroom activities
• Complete timely and thorough documentation including evaluation reports, progress notes, and data for IEP reviews
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting based on student needs
• Offer staff training and resources to promote strategies that support students’ access to educational programming
