Family Law Attorney

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Family Law Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join a growing family law practice. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney who is passionate about family law, committed to strong client advocacy, and looking to build a long-term career within a collaborative legal environment.

The attorney will handle a variety of family law matters, provide thoughtful legal guidance to clients, and represent clients in court proceedings throughout Arizona.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research using resources such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case preparation and strategy.
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal documents, correspondence, and other case-related materials with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Provide clients with informed and practical legal advice regarding their family law matters.
• Represent clients in Superior, Justice, and Municipal Courts throughout Arizona.
• Prepare for and attend court hearings, conferences, and other legal proceedings.
• Negotiate settlements and work toward favorable resolutions on behalf of clients.
• Maintain organized case files, documentation, deadlines, and case-related records.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and colleagues.
• Manage multiple cases while maintaining a high level of professionalism, responsiveness, and client service.
• Maintain strict standards of legal ethics, confidentiality, and professional conduct.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3+ years of experience practicing Family Law.

• Active Arizona Bar admission in good standing.

• Strong commitment to family law and client advocacy.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills.

• High level of professionalism, ethics, and discretion.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.

• Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.

• Willingness and ability to travel for court-related hearings throughout Arizona.

• Desire to grow professionally and develop a long-term career in family law.
