Role Description The Assistant Office Manager is a part‑time (4 day), on‑site role based in our central office Salt Lake City, UT, supporting the smooth daily operations of the office and overall business. This position has four main components: Assists our Payroll Manager by processing new hire paperwork and benefits administration.' Supports our Accounts Payable Manager with minor bookkeeping tasks. Supports our Guest Experience Manager & other leaders with job postings, screenings & other preliminary talent acquisition tasks Collaborates closely with leadership to execute office tasks including miscellaneous ordering and vendor interactions. Function as an integral part of a 5 person admin team that contribute behind the scenes to a well‑organized, hospitality‑focused workplace. Qualifications Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to interact professionally with employees and managers Experience with administrative assistance and office administration, including maintaining organized records. Comfort with office equipment, technology, and software such as excel. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks Ability to work on‑site in Salt Lake City Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or multi-location operations is not required beneficial.
