• Test Planning & Design Test
• Create and maintain test plans, scripts, and data for Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).
• Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand requirements


• Manual & Automated Testing
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Use tools like Selenium WebDriver, Provar, or similar for automation


• Defect Management
• Log and track defects using JIRA.
• Participate in triage sessions to prioritize fixes.
• Salesforce Customizations & Configurations
• Validate Apex, Visualforce, LWC, workflows, and integrations.
• Ensure smooth Salesforce upgrades.
• Data Validation & Migration Testing
• Ensure data integrity during migration processes
• Performance Testing
• Conduct load testing to validate performance under expected workloads


• CI/CD Integration
• Schedule and execute test suites as part of CI/CD pipelines


• Collaboration & Reporting
• Work with cross-functional teams and provide regular test status updates


Skills & Qualifications
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce testing (manual and automated).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and customizations.
• Proficiency in Selenium, Provar, REST/SOAP API testing.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
