Warehouse Lead - 2nd Shift

We are searching for an experienced Warehouse Lead (2nd Shift) at our Atlanta facility. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: This is an onsite role that is based in Atlanta, GA. Working Hours: 3:30pm-12am (Overtime, weekends, and holidays required as needed). D&H is growing! The Lead position requires a detail- and results-oriented individual with a passion for continuous improvement and mentoring others. This role is a key contact for end users, helping identify process inefficiencies and recommending solutions. Responsibilities includes supporting change management, leading improvement initiatives, and collaborating on software updates, testing, and optimization. Success includes working cross-functionally to drive company initiatives and promote best practices.
