Role Description The Lead Preschool Teacher is a full-time or part-time, on-site role based in Chelsea/ West Village. This position is responsible for planning and leading daily classroom activities that support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development in a Spanish immersion setting. The Lead Preschool Teacher designs and implements age-appropriate lessons based on the International Baccalaureate, maintains a safe and engaging learning environment, and guides assistant teachers in classroom routines and instruction. Daily responsibilities include supervision, observing and documenting children’s progress, communicating regularly with families, collaborating with colleagues on curriculum and events, and adhering to licensing and school policies.
