CarMax is proud to be the nation's largest retailer of used cars, and we're committed to helping you build a rewarding future.Role ResponsibilitiesAccurately log and track vehicle deliveries and inventory to maintain operational efficiencyMove and position vehicles across the lot to ensure easy customer access and viewingMaintain a clean, welcoming environment that reflects CarMax's commitment to excellencePerform vehicle reconditioning tasks such as cleaning, vacuuming, and detailing to meet customer expectationsCollaborate with a skilled team to learn best practices for delivering exceptional customer experiencesFollow CarMax Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) requirements and maintain a clean and orderly work area.Required QualificationsHigh level of motivation and attention to detail in a dynamic work environmentValid driver's license with a clean driving recordStrong communication and teamwork skills to support a collaborative cultureAbility to work outdoors in all weather conditions and adapt to changing environmentsFlexibility to work evenings and weekends as neededComfort working in outdoor settings, including noisy or inclement weather conditionsThe hourly rate for this position is:$18.20 - $32.60Commissions:This position is eligible for commission.Benefits:Except as otherwise required by state law, CarMax Associates are entitled to the following paid sick, vacation, and holiday time.Associates that are considered full-time hourly or commissioned are eligible:To earn up to 48 hours of sick time per year accrued on a per pay period basis and between 80 hours and 200 hours per year of vacation time after a 90 day waiting period depending on years of continuous service with the Company.For 8 hours of pay for each of a total of 6 paid scheduled holidays per year plus 1 floating holiday.
