Roses Express in Homer, LA is seeking an Assistant Manager/Key Carrier to deliver excellent customer service and support the Store Manager in running the store. You will train staff, manage daily tasks, and help ensure store performance meets company goals. Responsibilities include hiring and developing team members, safeguarding assets, handling cash, and maintaining stockroom and sales floor standards.
