Patient Account Representative

Job Summary

Coordinates the processing of clinic and/or hospital patient accounts, ensuring transactions are properly reflected on all accounts, including insurance claim submission and denial management.

Key Responsibilities

- Submit insurance claims accurately and on time

- Respond to insurance company inquiries and resolve claim denials and errors

- Assist patients with billing questions and concerns

- Support the revenue cycle process through other assigned duties

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Good computer skills
