WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PSYCHOTHERAPIST OR COUPLES/MARRIAGE/RELATIONSHIP THERAPIST

Position Overview Immediate therapy available in-person at two Chicago offices (The Loop and Sauganash) and via virtual video teletherapy. Sliding scale and reduced counseling rates for eligible clients. Responsibilities Provide individual adult therapy; couples therapy and/or tween, adolescent, and family therapy as required. Deliver therapy primarily via teletherapy with options for in‑person or hybrid schedules. Participate in individual and group supervision/consultation; attend all‑staff meetings, clinical consultation groups, and consultation for supervisors monthly. Complete clinical documentation, billing, and scheduling as directed by the Intake Coordinator and Business Operations Manager. Bill a minimum of 20 clients per week (range 20‑24 or 25‑29). Work 4‑5 days per week, with at least 2 weekday evenings and one additional weekday evening or weekend day. Write one blog post annually (or as agreed) to support marketing and outreach. For supervised roles: provide one‑on‑one supervision to 1‑2 supervisees twice per month and participate in supervisory meetings. Qualifications Licensed or provisionally licensed in Illinois (MD, MSW, LCSW/LCPC, LMFT, etc.). Relevant training and experience in anxiety, depression, PTSD (including C‑PTSD), relationship challenges, couples and marriage therapy, adolescent and family issues, school and peer concerns, relational trauma, mind‑body connection, life transitions, stress, grief, substance misuse, and/or unresolved family‑of‑origin issues. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Strong communication, integrity, authenticity, and willingness to engage in ongoing professional development. For supervision positions: fully licensed and trained to provide clinical supervision; ability to supervise 1‑2 clinicians monthly.
