ONSITE LICENSED INSURANCE AGENTS (INBOUND LEADS) — HIGH COMMISSION SPLIT (UP TO 100%)
We’re hiring experienced, licensed insurance agents to work in our Fort Pierce call-center . You will take warm inbound leads and follow up with interested prospects (no cold lists). If you can close, you’ll have consistent volume and strong payouts.
What You’ll Do
- Take inbound calls from consumers requesting insurance help
- Call warm leads to complete enrollments
- Educate clients and recommend best-fit plan options
- Submit enrollments and document calls in CRM
- Follow compliance guidelines (CMS/carrier rules)

- Medicare Advantage / Medicare Supplements
- Final Expense / Life Insurance
( Products depend on your licensing & experience )
Compensation
- 1099 / Commission
- High commission (based on experience + production)
- Bonuses + overrides available for top performers
- Consistent lead flow during peak seasons + year-round opportunities

Requirements
- Active Health and/or Life Insurance License (required)
- Medicare certified preferred (or willing to obtain quickly)
- Strong phone sales skills / call center experience preferred
- Laptop + headset
- Professional, compliant, and coachable
