We reimburse up to $5,250 per year for job-related degrees or certifications (eligible after 6 months).Free AAA Membership: Enjoy a Free AAA Classic Membership and exclusive discounts on home/auto insurance.What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)As the face of AAA, you will provide ultimate customer excellence on the road by:Operating tow trucks safely and efficiently.Performing simple vehicle diagnostics to figure out the issue.Providing essential roadside assistance, including tire changes, fuel delivery, and vehicle lock-outs.Building trust, problem-solving, and being a calming presence for our members on the scene.Clear and proficient verbal and written communication even under pressureCommon knowledge of vehicle components and the common reasons for vehicle failureDemonstrates problem solving and listening skills to evaluate member safety as well as the ability to discern safety issues and respond appropriatelyAbility to drive a manual/automatic shift vehicleWhat We Are Looking ForNo prior towing experience required! We provide top-tier, paid training for the role.A customer-first mindset and a passion for helping people.Willingness and flexibility to work the4:00 PM – Midnight, including weekends.A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (where applicable).Education & Experience/Licenses & Certification/ Requirements• Must possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving recordWork Environment/Physical Requirements• Works outdoors at vehicle sites when servicing vehicles. Lifting and carrying tires and parts, weighing up to 50 pounds, several times a day; bending, kneeling and stooping as required for service calls. Works in all weather and all traffic conditions. Vehicle recovery sites may be wet, messy and hazardous.
