Senior Talent Acquisition Partner — Scale Core Tech Talent

OLIX is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive hiring during a critical growth phase. You will work with hiring managers and the People and Operations team to own top-of-funnel sourcing, candidate experience, and end-to-end recruitment.
Ideal candidates have 7+ years of recruiting experience, including in-house at fast-growing tech companies, and a proven ability to close junior engineers and senior technical leaders while navigating ambiguity and hiring at pace.
