Description:
Servers must greet all guest with enthusiasm and friendliness while also answering questions pertaining to food, beverages, and facilities. Servers must develop relationships with guests and provide the highest level of service in accordance with our standards. Applicants to this position must be able to identify food orders when ready and deliver said items to tables in a timely manner. Employees must also maintain a professional appearance, communicate with food and beverage staff to ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain a professional relationship with coworkers. Servers must maintain full knowledge of menus, recipes, and other pertinent information. Requirements:
Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and some holidays.
Must be able to lift and carry 40 pounds.
Must be able to demonstrate competency as outlined in the training schedule.
Excellent people skills and outgoing personality.
Team player.
