Key Qualifications:

• Valid and active North Carolina SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience with school-based caseloads preferred, particularly K-12 populations
• Strong collaboration skills for working with teachers, administrators, and families
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Dedication to supporting diverse student needs in a school setting

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to assigned K-12 students onsite (virtual/remote options not available)
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document student progress
• Consult with educators, parents, and related service providers to foster a collaborative team approach
• Develop appropriate IEPs and participate in meetings as needed
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state requirements
• Stay current with best practices and compliance policies in speech-language pathology
