Senior Social Media Manager
The Senior Social Media Manager will execute and evolve the organic social strategy for Nutrafol Men and Nutrafol, working closely with the Director of Social Media. This role demands a creative strategist who will oversee the content calendar and manage campaigns, ensuring alignment with business priorities and timely delivery of engaging social content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the organic social content calendar for both Nutrafol brands.
- Create social-first strategies for campaigns, product launches, and community engagement.
- Write compelling, platform-native copy and collaborate with the Creative team for content production.
- Engage with the community through thoughtful management and trend monitoring.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in managing organic social media for consumer brands.
- Proven ability to execute social-first content strategies on Instagram and TikTok.
- Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Strong project management skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for social media trends and digital culture.
