Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, with Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred or required within 90 days. Recommended skills include critical thinking, strong communication, teamwork, and proficiency with EMR systems.
