Clinical Testing Psychologist (PhD, PsyD)

Overview LifeStance Health is a national provider of mental healthcare focused on evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services for children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient settings, including in-person clinics and telemedicine. Responsibilities Provide outpatient psychological assessment and psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and/or adults as appropriate to licensure and specialty. Collaborate with a clinical team to coordinate care and support patient-centered treatment plans. Engage in ongoing documentation and maintain timely notes in the electronic health record. Participate in a hybrid work model (in-person and telehealth) with flexible scheduling; no call, no nights, and no weekends required. Qualifications Fully licensed in the state of Kansas (Ph.D. or Psy.D.). Experience with psychological testing of children, adolescents, and/or adults is preferred but not required. Able to commute to the Wichita, KS location. Benefits and Compensation Compensation range $103,000 – $174,000 based on productivity; bonus cash incentive yearly; sign-on bonus possible.
