Lease Operator

Description
• Strong knowledge of oil and gas production operations
• Experience with gas lift systems required
• Experience with ESP systems required
• Ability to troubleshoot production and equipment issues independently
• Experience with production reporting and field documentation
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong commitment to safety and environmental stewardship
- Monitor and maintain oil and gas production facilities
- Perform daily well checks and production rounds
- Operate and troubleshoot gas lift systems
- Monitor and maintain ESP (Electric Submersible Pump) systems
- Inspect separators, treaters, tanks, compressors, and production equipment
- Record production data and maintain accurate field reports
- Identify and respond to production issues and equipment failures
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities as needed
- Ensure compliance with all company safety, environmental, and operational procedures
- Communicate effectively with production foremen, field supervisors, and support personnel
