LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs

• Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and achieve desired outcomes

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes

Requirements:

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred

• Minimum of 1 years of experience as an LPN

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds; regular standing, walking, and sitting

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
