Senior Product Manager

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for leading product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the company s strategic goals. This role involves gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, defining product vision, driving growth through market insights, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time. The position requires extensive experience in integrated enterprise project management, technical deployment, and public sector processes. Responsibilities:

• Identify product gaps, generate new ideas, and improve customer experience to drive market growth.
• Create internal and external buy-in for product vision and strategies.
• Develop pricing and positioning strategies for products.
• Translate product strategies into detailed requirements and prototypes.
• Scope and prioritize tasks based on business and customer impact.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and resource-efficient product delivery.
• Lead product launches and coordinate with PR, executives, and product teams.
• Evaluate promotional plans for alignment with product line strategies.
• Act as a product evangelist to build product awareness and understanding.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback on products and services.
• Manage multi-year, multi-million dollar projects with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee stakeholder management, risk assessment, change management, and resource allocation.
• Lead technical deployment and integration activities, including Oracle Siebel CRM and IT infrastructure rollouts.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including business cases, privacy and threat impact assessments.

• 10+ years of integrated enterprise project management experience across business and I&IT teams.
• Proven ability to manage multi-year, multi-million dollar projects.
• Expertise in stakeholder, risk, change, issue, time, scope, and resource management.
• Experience validating financial forecasts and managing project expenditures.
• Strong skills in formulating business and technical requirements, and defining product visions and goals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Visio, Project, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) and project collaboration tools (Jira, Trello, KanBan, etc.).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and scalable minimum viable products.
• Technical knowledge of Oracle and related deployment environments.
• Experience with IT project management, specifically Oracle Siebel CRM.
• Ability to lead QA activities and processes.
• Experience creating privacy, financial, communication, and IT documentation.
• Lean Six Sigma expertise.

• Experience with ServiceOntario projects.
• Prior experience in OPS or public sector environments.
• Knowledge of government network and desktop infrastructure procurement and support models.
