• Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with call coverage
• 10 - 15 patients per day
• Outpatient setting
• Call is 100% remote
• Even hematology oncology split
• Adult population
• Friday afternoon is admin time
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
