Staffing Scheduler Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage employee schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels across all departments.
• Collaborate with department managers to determine staffing needs and allocate resources accordingly.
• Utilize scheduling software to create and maintain employee schedules, taking into account factors such as availability, skills, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and adjust schedules as needed to address unexpected absences, staffing shortages, and other scheduling conflicts.
• Communicate with employees regarding their schedules, shift changes, and any other scheduling-related matters.
• Assist with recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate assessments, and providing administrative support to the HR department.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee schedules, time-off requests, and attendance.

Staffing Scheduler Qualifications:

• Previous experience in scheduling, staffing coordination, or related administrative role.
• SNF/LTC experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).
