K-12 Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)

Our school client is seeking a licensed occupational therapist (OT) in Glendale, AZ. This position offers flexibility with 3-5 days per week availability. The role involves evaluating students' functional and educational needs related to fine motor, sensory, and self-help skills. You will develop and implement IEP-aligned OT goals to support student access to the educational curriculum. Direct and consultative OT services in classrooms and school settings are required, along with collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, parents, and related service providers. You will also maintain compliant documentation and progress reports per IDEA, district, and state requirements.
