Licensed Professional Counselor

Schedule: afternoon/evenings and saturdays- 2-8PM (last client appointment is 7PM) M-TH, and 2-5 over the weekends if possible.

Summary

• We are a busy, multifaceted outpatient practice seeking dedicated mental health professionals to join our growing team. If you are looking to transition into private practice within a supportive group environment, we’d love to hear from you!
• Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy for adults and/or children.
• Receive a steady flow of new client referrals.
• Clients will be provided your first week as we currently have a wait-list!
• Hourly position with office-provided overhead, reception, furnishings, billing, booking software, and basic supplies.
• We are currently growing and seeking providers who want flexible schedules to work 20-30 or 30-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• You will be providing individual, family and/or couples/marital therapy or counseling to adults or children.
• You'll need malpractice insurance, internet and licensure. We will provide the rest.

Requirements

• To be eligible each applicant MUST have a current license in the State of Ohio as a Counselor, LSW, LPC, LPCC, Social Worker, LISW or Psychologist, PsyD or PhD.

HOURLY POSITION

Compensation

• $38 - $44 per hour (based on licensure and experience)
• Tenure Stipend: $300 a month after working with us for 5 years.
• Healthcare Stipend: $300 a month stipend 3 months after hiring.
• Continued Education: Up to $50 a month (not including masters or any college education)
