divh2Luxury Events Manager/h2pThe Luxury Events Manager serves as the primary curator of exceptional guest experiences for weddings, high profile groups, VIP delegations and similar. This role blends the anticipatory service of a world class Luxury Butler Service with the precision, organization, and revenue minded oversight of a catering manager. This manager would ensure flawless execution of all Luxury Event Bookings, from pre-arrival planning through post event follow up, while upholding the highest standards of Caesars Palace./ph3How You Will Create the Extraordinary/h3ulliActively work on building and managing demand./liliNurture key partners/vendors such as wedding planners, dcor vendors and others to expand reach and awareness of offerings./liliPrepare and explain booking forecasts and have available critiques on prospective, tentative and definite bookings./liliUpkeep and cleansing an active database to ensure continuity of the guest journey./liliPartner with PR, social and marketing teams to ensure relevant content creation is captured and shared./liliAssign and manage leads, retail sales and booking goals of coordinator team./liliAchieve departmental goals and KPI as assigned by Hotel Leadership./liliParticipate in events and wedding expo and road shows to ensure the brand stays relevant./li/ulpstrongGuest Experience and Service Delivery/strong/pulliServe as the principal point of contact for guests. This is inclusive and not limited to, the facilitation of hotel room bookings, transportation, food and beverage and or any other guest experience touch point./liliCurate bespoke experiences by understanding guest preferences, cultural expectations, and group objectives./liliEnsure complete guest satisfaction by coordinating all aspects of service with precision, elegance, and attention to detail./li/ulpstrongEvent Planning and Coordination/strong/pulliManage all pre-event communication for Luxury Event Bookings, gathering requirements and transforming them into comprehensive, luxury standard service plans./liliDesign customized event programs, including space allocation, room setups, timing, amenities, and special requests./liliPrepare detailed event resumes and ensure flawless follow-through on every requirement./li/ulpstrongOperational Leadership/strong/pulliConduct pre function briefings with culinary, stewarding, banquet beverage, facilities, and relevant hotel departments to ensure seamless execution./liliOversee function setups in partnership with the Convention Service Setup Supervisor, ensuring layouts meet both operational capabilities and luxury service standards./liliAct as the liaison with exposition companies during load in and tear down for major events./liliBe responsible for all Luxury Event BEO, contracts and communicating to the property to ensure communication is transparent for all events./li/ulpstrongSafety, Compliance, and Reporting/strong/pulliCoordinate all necessary communication with Fire Marshal, Risk Management, and legal authorities to ensure proper compliance for exhibits and special installations./liliInterpret and prepare management level reports and documentation./liliMaintain working knowledge of room capacities, technical requirements, and luxury service protocols./li/ulh3What You Will Need/h3ulliMinimum 35 years of luxury hospitality, catering, convention services, or AAA 5 Diamond Management experience./liliCollege degree in Hotel, Hospitality, or Food Beverage Management preferred./liliExceptional communication skills in professional English, both written and verbal./liliImpeccable personal presentation and adherence to luxury grooming standards./liliProven ability to analyze data, produce reports, and interpret operational documents./liliFlexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and high demand event periods./liliProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows based systems, Sale Force and LMS style hotel platforms./liliDemonstrated ability to collaborate cross functionally and lead teams to five-star execution./li/ulpstrongADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS/strong/pulliA successful candidate embodies the graciousness of a butler and precision of a seasoned event manager./liliA successful candidate has the refinement expected in a Forbes Five-Star environment./liliAbility to anticipate needs before they arise and maintain composure in high-stakes situations./liliAbility to deliver a seamless experience for guests and teams alike./liliAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks to be handled under time constraint./liliMust be able to handle heavy volume and sensitive situations relating to staff and guest problems in a timely manner./liliMust be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period/liliAbility to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment/li/ulh3About Us/h3pHelp us roll out the red carpet at Caesars Palace!
