Personal Shopper (In-Store)

Online Order Filling associates have one focus: to fill and dispense online orders. They locate, prepare, and package merchandise, ensuring the accuracy of orders prior to pickup. They make appropriate product substitutions and consult with the customer as needed to ensure satisfaction. For complete job duties and requirements, see the Job Description. What you’ll do Online orderfillers and delivery associates shop for our customers, choose the right products, and fill their online orders. The position is fast paced, often intense during evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons, and requires juggling online order shopping with in‑store customer assistance. Order fillers dispense completed orders and engage customers during the dispensing process. Additional responsibilities include working in various departments, maintaining a safe and organized work area, and ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
