Insurance licenses in property & casualty, required for consideration, life and health licenses strongly preferred. Preference given for technical aptitude. Compensation commensurate with experience. Completion of a skill assessment is required for applicants before initial interview.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop leads, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing and sales goals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day.
• Work alongside your agencys team to ensure successful, exceptionally satisfying, and long-lasting customer relations.
• Support team members in their sales goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Possess excellent communication skills & capacity to multitask.
• Display good analytical skills.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Property/Casualty Insurance Licenses required.
• Life/Health Insurance Licenses strongly preferred.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
