Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $28.90 – $41.00 (based on experience)
• Additional Pay: Shift differentials up to $5.00/hour for night and weekend shifts
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $12,000
• Placement Fee: 20% of first paycheck

What You'll Do

• Provide emergency medical care to diverse patient populations in a busy hospital setting
• Assess patient needs, develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Support and supervise medical staff and collaborate with other departments
• Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge plans
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and standards of care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety programs

What You Need

• Medical license in Michigan
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine
• ACLS, ATLS, PALS certifications
• Minimum 1 year of ED experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends

• Experience in high-acuity or trauma settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
