Urgent Care Physician - No Nights, Weekends, Holidays, or Call We are seeking an Urgent Care Physician to join a supportive, team-oriented practice that combines a close-knit, family-like environment with the benefits, resources, and stability of a large organization. In this role, you will provide high-quality direct patient care while helping lead clinical teams and positively impacting the health and well-being of the workforce. Create a welcoming, reassuring, and exceptional patient experience. Lead by example and promote a patient-first culture throughout the clinic. Collaborate with therapists, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal clinical outcomes and ensure appropriate case closure. Foster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, safety, quality, continuous improvement, and recognition. Develop and maintain strong relationships with center clients and payers. Promote and exemplify organizational values and standards among clinic colleagues. Support a positive team environment focused on exceptional patient care and service.
