You will be on your feet for up to 10 hours, lift up to 100 pounds, and work in a cold environment (freezer). Training is provided by our dedicated training team. Selectors are compensated based on production and efficiency, with higher performance yielding higher earnings. On average, our selectors take home 122% of their base salary.
