About Dumé Law Group
Dumé Law Group is a fast-growing immigration law firm based in West New York, New Jersey. We represent individuals and families in complex immigration matters and are committed to providing thoughtful, effective advocacy at every stage of the immigration process.
Our practice is built around strong legal work, client advocacy, professionalism, and results. We foster a collaborative, high-performance environment where attorneys have the opportunity to take on meaningful cases, develop their legal skills, and grow professionally alongside experienced attorneys and a dedicated support team.
The Opportunity
Dumé Law Group is seeking an Associate Immigration Attorney with 1–3 years of immigration law experience to join our team in a hands-on role with a particular focus on humanitarian immigration matters, including T visas, U visas, and VAWA cases .
This attorney will work closely with our paralegal and law clerk team to develop and manage humanitarian immigration matters, with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility for the legal strategy, preparation, and oversight of these cases.
The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in humanitarian immigration and be comfortable working collaboratively with support staff while exercising independent legal judgment. The role also requires flexibility. While humanitarian immigration will be a significant area of responsibility, the attorney may assist with other immigration matters, including removal defense, asylum, waivers, and related applications and proceedings based on the needs of the firm and current caseload.
This is an opportunity for an attorney to develop a specialized area of practice while gaining broad exposure to the firm's immigration work.
