What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering dynamic, high-energy trainings, on-site in medical and dental practices, that drive real, visible results
• Leading in-office sessions that keep teams engaged, energized, and accountable
• Thinking on your feet, handling objections, and adapting in real time
• Building trust fast with everyone from front-desk team members to the doctors who own the practice
• Helping practice owners identify their next steps to grow their business
• Owning the full experience, from pre-training prep to post-training follow-up

What It Takes to Win in This Role

• Professional experience as a dental hygienist or dental assistant
• Confidence and excellent presentation skills in front of a group- this is mandatory
• The ability to connect, influence, and inspire action
• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to pivot quickly
• Selling the next step to the owner/doctor at your training day
• A high level of personal accountability and follow-through
• A genuine love of travel and new environments
• A desire to not just meet goals & quotas... but blow past them
