Responsibilities

Manage and update customer insurance accounts
Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance
Proactively offer relevant insurance products to customers

Qualifications

Active Florida 2-15 license required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and sales-focused
Previous insurance or related experience preferred
