Ideal candidates will be confident yet humble and empathetic, possess a team-player attitude, be refined in their communication with guests and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The individual ideally possesses the following qualities:- A passion for food, wine and service

- Superior communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Knowledge of tableside etiquette

- Have long term goals in the service industry
