Assistant Program Director, Intensive Crisis Residence

Community Access Inc in New York is seeking an Assistant Program Director for its Intensive Crisis Residence. The role involves supporting the Program Director with operations, staff management, and ensuring quality assurance in a peer-driven environment for those in psychiatric crisis. Ideal candidates will have at least a bachelor's degree, leadership experience, and strong organizational and communication skills. Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are preferred.
