Sr. Financial Consultant

Utilizes industry knowledge and expertise to retain clients by providing financial, industry trends, and strategic insights guiding clients through impactful benefit changes. Independently evaluates financial and utilization metrics for clients including but not limited to monthly financial reports, utilization metrics and benchmarks as well as assist in negotiating renewal proposals and preparing and recommending plan changes and/or alternative funding recommendations. How You Will Contribute:  Oversight of monthly financial reports Develop reporting requirements and customizations in those reports. Support Benefit Consultants in preparing requests for meetings including coverages & contracts. Participate in prospective client finalist presentations to represent the Brown & Brown financial strategy Performing demographic analysis, claims reviews, and other projects on prospective clients Performs miscellaneous duties and projects. This includes involvement in presentations at client functions and meetings.
