Senior Finance Manager

We’re seeking a Senior Finance Manager for a publicly traded manufacturing company in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. About the Role In this role, you’ll partner with business leaders across a manufacturing operation to turn financial results into decisions. You’ll lead budgeting and forecasting, build financial models, evaluate capital investments, and help leadership understand performance, risks, and opportunities. You’ll also oversee month-end financial reporting and support process improvements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Required Skills 5–7 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and Excel skills Ability to turn financial data into clear recommendations and partner with operational leaders Preferred Skills Manufacturing or distribution experience highly preferred SAP BPC experience highly preferred MBA, CPA, or CMA preferred Additional Information The schedule is four days in office and one day working from home, with two remote days available for employees who live 60 miles or more from the office. Travel may be up to 10%.
