BMS Controls Programmer

Qualifications Familiarity with LonWorks, BACnet, and or Modbus open communications protocols. Niagara AX or N4 Framework Experience (Certified Preferred) A strong background with Windows OS 2+ Years’ experience in the HVAC controls industry Job Responsibilities Interpret and implement mechanical and control drawings and project documents Program microprocessors for initial commissioning, tune of control loops and calibration of sensors Commission operation of mechanical system equipment and sensors via the control system Identify deficiencies with points, equipment, and systems Set up and install communication devices for remote operations: PC’s, routers, switches, repeaters, VPN, etc. Coordinate with customer IT departments for data base connectivity, remote access, & other IT infrastructure needs Ensure all as-built and record drawings, sketches, and wiring changes are returned for updating Instruct customer or end-user on system operation Promote, maintain, and enhance new and existing customer relationships Participate in education and training programs in electronic controls and energy conservation Programming Assist TAB, Commissioning and Service Technicians in verification of their system testing when required Setup, program, and configure GUI/ host workstations Panel fabrication, wire termination and wire installation as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr Liberty Personnel Services, Inc.
