Description
English: Summary: Cuts, trims, tenderizes, and grinds meat using various equipment in the Meat Department. Reassembles and maintains equipment for daily use. Cleans and sanitizes work area and equipment throughout the workday. Assists with wrapping meat, stocking the meat case, and arranging the display case. Assesses the production needs and rotates merchandise. Follows proper safety procedures and standards. Bilingual skill (English and Spanish) is not required, but preferred. Pay rate based on level of skill and experience.
Spanish: Resumen: Cortar, hacer cortes, ablandar y moler carne usando equipo variado en el Departamento de Carnicera. Mantener y ensamblar el equipo para el uso diario. Limpieza y satanizacin del rea y equipo en el transcurso del da de trabajo. Asistir con la envoltura de carnes, almacenamiento y acomodado de las carnes en los mostradores. Evaluar la produccin que se necesita y rotar la mercanca. Seguir apropiadamente los procedimientos y estndares de seguridad. Habilidad de ser bilingue (en Ingles y espaol) no es requerido, pero de preferencia. Tasa de pago basada en el nivel de habilidad y experiencia.
