Strong organizational and time‑management abilities. Professional report writing skills. Experience developing and delivering training. Confidentiality in sensitive personnel work. Multi‑assignment management capability. Desirable Qualifications Civil Service staffing experience. Experience partnering with senior leadership and executive teams on hiring initiatives. Experience writing professional reports and communications. Experience with online case management or ticket management systems. Knowledge of civil service laws, rules, or regulations.
