The Role Patient Services Representative is the first face our patients see and the first voice they hear, and that moment matters more than most. This is a full-time position based out of our St. Louis, MO location. We are looking for someone who brings professionalism to patient-facing work and understands that in a fertility clinic, warmth and composure are not just nice to have, they are part of the care. Schedule This position is full-time, at 40 hours per week, working 7:30 am-4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend coverage (about once per month). What You’ll Do Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism Collect service payments and reconcile daily transactions Manage incoming calls and route them accurately to the right teams, prioritizing by urgency Guide patients through clinic policies and assist with required forms Verify and document insurance benefits and coverage in patient charts Log all interactions accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) Coordinate with care teams on schedule changes and patient flow Handle filing, scanning, and faxing to support clinic operations Uphold HIPAA regulations and maintain strict patient confidentiality What We’re Looking For Demonstrated experience delivering exceptional customer service in a professional setting; healthcare or clinical front desk experience is a plus but not required Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly valued Comfort managing competing priorities in a fast-paced clinical environment The ability to make patients feel heard and at ease, even when they are stressed or scared Proficiency with EHR systems or a demonstrated ability to learn software quickly Familiarity with insurance verification and clinic procedures is a plus; we provide training High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred Join Us At MCRM Fertility, your people skills have real stakes and real rewards.
